Mommy and all three kids went to Kremlin, Oklahoma for Cousin Ema Arasmith's first birthday party yesterday. It was pretty scary for Mommy as this was the first time she went by herself so far with all three! Whew! A nap was in order when we got home....Anyway, it was so good to see Aunt Amy, Uncle Garrett, and Ema. Allison and Matthew made some new friends (I think Allison's was of the equine variety...she's now named every white horse she sees, Spirit!). Grandpa Dave was there, too, so of course the kids had to climb all over him (tired, Grandpa? Ha!). Ema was just too cute opening her gifts: every gift got an excited, "Ooooooo!" out of her. She wasn't much for eating her cake, but she sure enjoyed demolishing it!
When we got home, Aunt Amy (Myers), Kaden and Ethan had come up for a visit, so we went over there (Grandma and Grandpa's house) for awhile. Matthew and Allie got to run a lot with Ethan so that was nice after being in the car for 4 hours. Kaden was giggly and loved playing with Aunt Chris's necklace. Also got to see Aunt Pam and Uncle Kent - they'd come down to say hello to Amy, too. Uncle Jason, Aunt Katie, and Hunter were there, too. Afterwards, Daddy, Allie, and Matthew went to a Superbowl party. Mommy was exhausted so she stayed home with Miss Kara, falling in to bed shortly after Kara did!Comments:Add a comment:
